Has MLK's "Dream" been realized?

I believe that MLK's "Dream" has been realized in education, because in most cases, the number of enrollments for African-American children has, in some cases, doubled since 1980. Also, the number of African-American high school graduates has increased substantially sinse 1960, it has gone from 18.2% to 84%. Even the number of college graduates continues to rise, going from 10.3% in 1960 to 30% in 2004. Also, the high school dropout rate has halved sinse 1960 from about 8% to about 4%.
